Notice on Payment of "Aswesuma" Welfare Benefits - Welfare Benefits Board (WBB)
“Aswesuma” payments for the month of December for 1,410,064 families amounting Rs 8,793 Million has been transferred to Banks. Accordingly, the Government has paid Rs 51,967 million as payments from July to December to the selected families. 303,199 extremely poor, 606,496 poor, 290,624 vulnerable and 209,745 transitional families have received payments. - State Minister of Finance Shehan Semasinghe
